    Status: Final The order awarding attorney fees is reversed and the matter is remanded to the trial court for further appropriate proceedings consistent with this opinion. We are not suggesting that the trial court should reduce the amount of attorney fees awarded on remand, only that this determination is for the trial court to make in the first instance in light of the modified judgment. The parties shall bear their own costs on this appeal.
