The Notice to the Indiana Court of Appeals is accepted. 2. Pursuant to Indiana Appellate Rule 37, this Court remands this case to the trial court while retaining jurisdiction. Within twenty (20) days of the date of this order, the trial court is directed to hold a hearing, if necessary, to determine the following: (1) whether Appellant is entitled/eligible for the appointment of pauper appellate counsel; and (2) whether Appellant wants pauper appellate counsel appointed. 3. If Appellant is entitled/eligible for the appointment of pauper appellate counsel and indicates that she wants counsel appointed, then the trial court is directed to appoint pauper appellate counsel for Appellant and shall file a copy of its order appointing pauper appellate counsel with the Clerk of this Court within twenty-five (25) days of the date of this order. 4. If pauper appellate counsel is appointed, then newly appointed counsel is ordered to file their appearance with the Clerk of this Court within thirty (30) days of the date of this order. 5. If Appellant is not eligible for the appointment of pauper appellate counsel or rejects the offer of the appointment of counsel, then the trial court shall file a copy of its order denying the appointment of pauper appellate counsel with the Clerk of this Court within twenty-five (25) days of the date of this order. 6. The Clerk of this Court is directed to send a copy of this Order to the parties, Judge Mark K. Dudley of the Madison Circuit Court Division 6, and the Madison Circuit and Superior Courts Clerk. 7. The Madison Circuit and Superior Courts Clerk is directed to file a copy of this order under Lower Cause Number 48C06-1407-AD-34, and, pursuant to Indiana Trial Rule 77(D), the Clerk shall place the contents of this order in the Record of Judgments and Orders.
